Click here to view the official CIPC update:
As per the notice above, CIPC requires ALL registered companies to urgently file their Beneficial Ownership. Thereafter, they need to submit their Annual Returns if they have not done so in the past 12 months. If your company’s Annual Returns has not been submitted in the past 12 months, CIPC has the right to:
-Commence an investigation into your company and issue a compliance notice.
-Submit a criminal offence for submitting incorrect information to the CIPC.
-De-register your company. CIPC has officially started to deregister thousands of companies over the past week.
If you need to submit your Beneficial Ownership and/or Annual Returns at CIPC, you can do it directly with CIPC; or use a specialist. As we have CIPC specialists, we can assist you and get your company fully compliant within 48-hours. And then STAY ACTIVE annually.
